By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our collections—from Designer Sofas and Ceiling Lights to Beds and Console Tables—are curated for individuals who value discernment, personal expression, and enduring design integrity. These terms reflect our commitment to transparency, care, and a seamless design journey with you.
1. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and photography, is the property of Andrew Martin Sale Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Your Responsibility: You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage the Site or impair other users’ experience.
2. Product Information & Service Description
We take great care to accurately present our products through images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, material nature, or the bespoke craftsmanship of items like our Designer Tables or Made-to-Order pieces. Product dimensions and weights are approximate. If you have specific questions about an item, please contact us before ordering.
Final Sale Items: Due to their bespoke nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised/Bespoke/Made-to-Order items, fabric sold by the metre, and any item marked “Final Sale”.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these terms. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item.
Your Responsibility: You warrant that all information provided (e.g., shipping address, contact details) is accurate and complete. Errors may lead to delays or additional charges.
Payment
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted at the time of order confirmation. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges unless stated.
Your Responsibility: You must use a valid payment method you are authorised to use. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to a global clientele, with certain restrictions to remote regions and parts of Asia.
- Order Processing: Takes 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Flat fee of £12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over £50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Your Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Notify us promptly of any shipping damage (within 48 hours of delivery).
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied. Our returns policy is designed with the same consideration as our collections.
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original undamaged packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window. A pre-paid return label will be provided where applicable.
- Exchanges: We facilitate exchanges for size/colour, subject to availability.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Your Responsibility: You must repack items securely in original packaging, use the provided label, and retain proof of postage. Returns not meeting our condition criteria will not be accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Andrew Martin Sale Store’s liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, arising from your use of the Site or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
7. General Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Andrew Martin Sale Store. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms periodically. The version effective at the time of your order will apply.
